I cannot recommend Tom’s services. He failed to provide an initial design by the time promised. Proactive contact to update me on timescales was disappointing and despite reassurances of progress he failed to provide timely updates.

It was hard work throughout. Progress seemed unfocused, with efforts directed towards future work that was outside the current project brief and timeline.

The situation dragged on for months, and it was a poor experience throughout.
