After some serious storm damage to a boundry wall we contacted Kevco for advice .Kev and his team decided on a plan of action. After a visit from a structural engineer and a design to follow the lads set about removing the old foundations to install more robust and upto date foundations to support the new 3 block wide new wall. From day one the team were a pleasure to have working here.At the end of each day everything was left tidy. Attention to detail throughout the job was excellent. A new substantial wall has been constructed to an exacting specification.

There is a reason Kevco have got 5 star reviews.....they're great. They undertook really awkward extentsions at both ends of our bungalow. At every stage, from preparing the plans, through planning consent, to building from new foundations up, they have been brilliant. Attention to detail, quality work, 'can do attitude', with a personable team of experienced craftspeople. The 'old' and the new have been blended seamlessly. We are very happy with the outcome it has exceeded our expectations.

KEVCO have just completed our garage conversion, including a side extension, and we are so pleased that we chose this company. Communication with Kev was excellent throughout the process and he was able to offer valuable advice and suggestions. All members of the KEVCO team are reliable, conscientious professionals who pride themselves on the high quality of their workmanship. Budgets and timescales were kept to, the site was always tidied at the end of each day and the finished rooms are even better than we had expected. We landed lucky! Our architect recommended Kevco and we are so pleased he did!
Kev and his team were excellent to work with and paid real attention to detail.
There were no shock bills. Everything was discussed with me throughout the build.
The team always turned up on the agreed dates and times. They arrived in shiny vans, dressed in smart uniforms, that matched their professional demeanour on site. I would HIGHLY recommend Kevco!

Kev and his team built me a large single storey extension, replaced the guttering, facias etc., installed a new bathroom and downstairs WC and fitted a new kitchen/utility room, with a high quality of workmanship. It is often difficult to have a lot of workmen in the house, especially for a long period of time, but I can honestly say that the whole team was a pleasure to have around. They were professional and reliable and nothing was too much trouble, with them happily doing extra small jobs that I asked for along the way. I would definitely recommend Kevco Construction.

Kev and his team have just completed a ground floor renovation for me, involving knocking down supporting walls, installing steels, replastering, plumbing, electrics, etc. From initial quote, I kept adding more work for him - he was very patient and dealt with the extra jobs at short notice, with good advice and solutions for problems that were found along the way. He has a really excellent team working for him who are efficient, hard working and friendly. Highly recommended!
