I hired Kevin-Roger Construction to build the structure for my double-storey extension, including the roof and floor joists, and they did an amazing job. I really appreciated their expertise and craftsmanship. I wish they hadn’t been so busy at that time to complete my double-storey extension, but I ended up going with someone Kevin recommended. Kevin and Rogers did a great carpentry job on panelling, doors, skirting and kitchen working together with their pals from Nikollas Developments responsible for the general building works (plumbing, plastering, rewiring and flooring ) for an amazing refit of my 1 bedroom apartment - it looks like new.

Rogers installed flat roof insulation and EPDM rubber membrane on a roof terrace of our new-build house. He was very professional and clearly takes great pride in doing high quality work. Rogers, Kevin and team just completed the renovation of our 1 bed flat with a loft semi conversion with structural reinforcement. I couldn't recommend them enough. Great communication, great skills and knowledge, hard workers, kind and friendly team. They clean the site every day after work and they are really considerate about neighbors.

If an extra work is needed they would recommend it and explain why and then provide straight away a quotation to make sure it can fit into the budget.

They worked late every day to be able to hit the deadline and allow us move into the flat.

If you are thinking to renovate your house do get in touch as they probably are the best builders you can find in London.
