Avoid this company at all costs! They have building a bunch of houses adjacent to my home and it’s been nothing but an inconvenience since day 1. For some reason all the contractors feel it’s necessary to park down our road where there is limited parking anyway. The works are taking place on a completely different road and there’s even space to park round the corner closer to their job but they still park down our road anyway. Even the site manager parks down our road every day. We have reported this numerous times to Kidbrook and have always either been fobbed off with an excuse or been told someone will be in touch with us but No one ever has. The workmen have been rude and abusive on numerous occasions, spitting and leaving cigarette butts and rubbish all over the place. When our road becomes full instead of finding somewhere else to park they just decide to park on the grass verge which after all the weather we have had is now completely ruined and has gone from a beautiful green space into a pile of mud and tyre tracks. This company clearly has no respect for the surrounding neighbours of their sites and are most definitely not considerate contractors. We will be glad to see the back of them, I hope they treat their customers better than how we have been treated…. However judging from the other reviews that doesn’t look likely.

If I could rate as zero stars I would. We bought a new build house from Kidbrook homes in 2020 and the are hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. We had problem after problem after problem. 2 and a half years later we still have some of the same problems left unresolved from the day we moved in. I have lost count of endless amount of contractors we have had round trying to fix things that have been done wrong where corners have been cut, all of the contractors have told us what a horrendous company Kidbrook are. We have been told by multiple contractors that people will not work for them because they pay late or don’t pay at all and the owner of the company is a complete nightmare. We were also told by a contractor that the owner has been taken to court several times by buyers because of the cowboy job the company does. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They lie, they ignore you, they are rude, the list continues. Our neighbours have all had the same experience if not worse. I would avoid this company at all costs.

We moved into a Kidbrook property a couple of years ago which has been finished to a very nice standard. The staff are responsive, with good communication and and have dealt with any snags or issues in a timely manner.

We brought one of the Kidbrook semi detached house in basingstoke, it's a very good quality, the staffs are very responsive and dealt with any of our complain. Dan site manager and Amy have been amazing and very helpful. We are abit sceptical at a start due to reviews we read online.

Despite a dozen phonecalls to their office, no director is ever available and never call back despite repeated promises. Workmen swearing at my mother, spitting, agressive and leave the highway in a complete and utter mess.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.
