If I could rate lower I would.
Had housing association out during refit to make them aware of poor quality install.
Not one thing was fitted level. Sink out plumb fixtures not level.
Using what I can only describe as seconds as tiles clay background exposed as ceramic doesn't go round edges of tiles. Tiles have lips from 1 tile to the next.
Tiled to edge of bath not past it so water runs down the wall.
Cant cut boxing straight so it has extra silicone blobs to seal rather than remove and make a straight cut. Sink has no forward weight on pedistal so is floating ready to bend forward under load.
Cistern fitted close to wall and window seal on top so can't lift cistern without damaging either window seal or cistern lid.
Tiled to bonding against specs of manufacture even tho I supplied data sheets showing this is not appropriate. "We do it all the time" admitting the cut corners as common practice. Nobody signing in or out the property as per there own requirements.
Wrong trades for almost every task.
In the house for 2 hours a day leaving you in a 2 week cycle of having to take off work to be at property to ensure correct work is carried out.
Absolutely shocking decorating and wall finish the apocalypse finish.
Wouldn't pay this company if I was responsible for payment. Never done a completion sign off as they know I won't sign untill they rectify the poor quality so just run away no senior site manager visit over last few days.
Preying on vulnerable people to get away with doing the poorest job possible.

Had my kitchen renovated at the beginning of January I cannot fault this company they did a brilliant job the whole job was done with respect and care. I am so pleased with everything thank you.

Honestly these are one of the worst contractors I have come across. They started my kitchen in April and I am still waiting for them to complete the work. One of there boys stole my sink just for the managers to laugh it off. They don't return your calls unless you hound them. Then you get attitude for calling so much. They promise to show up and leave you waiting all day and don't show up. The work that did get finished is already coming apart. My dishwasher is still sat in the middle of my kitchen waiting to be plumbed in by them. I would avoid this company, if you are unfortunate enough and your landlord books them. I would plead with the landlord for an alternative contractor. Basically, they book you in for 10 days, do 2 days work and leave you waiting for months wondering if they will come back.

I have just had my kitchen replaced by Kincraig. To use the word 'disappointed' would be an understatement. Crooked wall sockets, misaligned drawers and doors, worktop not level with a gap between the worktop and carcase (instead of adjusting the feet to make the worktop level the fitter has cut the carcase), no hole for our washing machine waste water outlet, no hole in the cupboard backboard where we have a valve for topping up the central heating water supply, plinths cut down in height (used a jigsaw to cut - and it shows). I could go on. I wasn’t around when the kitchen was fitted. I have now contacted the housing association and asked them to come round and see for themselves what shoddy workmanship we have endured. I will be asking them to either correct all this poor workmanship or rip it out and start again, but with a different construction company. I wonder if all the kitchens they are doing on the estate where I live are all poorly done. If I done a poor job like that I wouldn't sleep at night !!

Just had my bathroom refurbished done by this company . I was worry they will not finish the work project on time as I’m only have 10 off from work . What surprised me is the refurbishment of my bathroom is on time and finished early as I expected. And when I misunderstand some work they done they explained to me clearly and easy to get in touch with them . Appreciated the hard work they done . I’m happy with my new bathroom.

Did a good job on the kitchen install and all the trade did their bit. BUT my floor got damaged by someone and they’ve told me 7 times they will get back to me and haven’t! Poor after care by site manager and receptionists there.

Am waiting for a door and handle been waiting over a year. Fed up ringing wasting my phone bill for something so simple yet they have never contacted me back just excuses all the time absolutely degusted how ive been treated and will tell many, many people about it.
