Despite my emotional response affecting the NHBC 9-month survey, on reflection, I can confidently say that Kingswood Homes is a great builder that delivers beautiful homes.

In conclusion, while there were bumps along the way, Kingswood Homes has proven to be a builder that genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Thank you, Kingswood Homes, for your dedication and for providing us with a lovely home in a wonderful community.

Thank you for your response. I would like to further explain my concerns. Firstly, I still have an issue with the explanation provided by your engineer, stating that the fence can only be 1.8 meters in height regardless of the heights of the properties. As you can clearly see, the neighbor's fence is at least three feet higher than mine (both properties have the same ground level where the fence is). This kind of discrimination is not acceptable.

Furthermore, as you can see in the picture (taken from my living area), my neighbor and I can easily see into each other's living rooms, which raises privacy concerns.

I believe that all your potential customers should have the opportunity to see this evidence and make an informed decision. They may question whether they want to spend £359,000 on a house where they don't have the level of privacy they expected (enjoy lovely view- live on Darwen tower).

Regarding garage bricks: the Byer 4 properties, as advertised and explained to us, the garage bricks are always of the same color. I have walked around to see all eight Byer 4 properties, and indeed, their garage bricks are of the same color.

I hope this feedback will help all buyers make informed decisions.

Regarding Kingswood Blackburn, while the quality of construction is good, their planning leaves much to be desired. Some examples of poor planning include the possibility of having a house situated 8 feet lower than your garage. They may use different bricks for different parts of your house, and when questioned, they simply attribute it to a mistake, but it does affect the appearance and value of the house.

Privacy can also become an issue, as they may construct houses around your property that are 10 feet higher and build a garden fence that is 6 feet tall. This can result in your neighbors having a direct view into your living room, and you being able to see their TV from your living room.

In light of these issues, it is advisable to avoid this builder. Their lack of attention to detail and planning can lead to both mental and financial losses in the long term.

I moved into my brand new home on the 19th May this year, I purchased the Byre 5 on the Hawthorns in Elswick. The house is unbelievable, everything I expected and more, especially given I reserved it off plan in July last year so hadn’t actually been inside a byre 5 property. The spec is fabulous, the kitchen and bathrooms are excellent, I’m so pleased as having purchased a new home in the past which I was always disappointed in as the quality of the kitchen and bathrooms was pretty poor. Kingswood certainly know how to build fabulous homes, not only did everything happen when it was supposed to, I was kept updated on a weekly basis by Waseem, he was brilliant at keeping in touch and if I ever needed a question answering he always answered it quickly and efficiently, nothing was too much trouble. As for the after service,
I really have to give Kingswood homes a 10 out of 10, every snag has been dealt with without any issues and there honestly wasn’t that many, the site manager Ryan is always on hand to deal with anything that I need without any issues whatsoever. I haven’t come across anyone that is unhappy on our site with their homes or the service that Kingswood provide. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made and I honestly couldn’t recommend Kingswood enough. Everyone that visits my home alway comments on how amazing it is.. If you’re wanting to purchase a new home, you will not be disappointed if you purchase a Kingswood home

That things continue to grow and they developed it in a very big beautiful and everlasting looking environment
I just can't stop thinking about being there and be part of the people living there.
If a home is bought there is going to be a forever home.
