I was impressed with Pawel from KPD at our first meeting when he gave me the confidence that he would be proactive, helpful and extremely professional. The KPD quotation was really detailed and comprehensive which proved so useful as the project progressed. Regular reports of expenditure incurred were presented in spreadsheet form so that payments were fully justified and it was easy to keep tabs on cash flow. Any items that had cost implications were discussed in advance. The work was completed to the highest standard and to schedule and I have no hesitation in recommending Pawel and KPD.

Roof top extension and house renovation in E1W

The roof top extension, which was the main part of the work,was done under the deadline that was initially discussed despite much covid disruption. The work was well planned and executed by a professional team, clean tidy and well organised. I was kept informed of the difficulties and discussed multiple unforeseen but necessary change of plan with KPD. The discussion was always constructive and open, I appreciate the advises received.

KPD designed and built my first floor and roof extension. Their work was exemplary and we are thrilled with the end product but also with their professionalism and courteous approach to work when on site. KPD did a lovely job on our loft addition and refurbishment. The quality of work throughout is really great and we are really enjoying living in our "new" house. We engaged KPD to undertake essentially two projects plus other additional work. We would normally only contract with a business that has been recommended to us but to ensure we did a thorough quotation process we also asked companies from whom we had received postal advertisements.

The work involved adding
- a 6m single story extension across the rear of the house,
- a new first floor bedroom above the garage
- new roof
- making an existing room into an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom
- landscaping there rear garden and minor changes to the front garden

When it came to the quote process KPD stood out by far as the most professional and attentive to our ideas. Pawel took the time to really understand what we wanted and to inspect the plans and site.

We are now just over two thirds of the way through the project. As it has progressed we have requested additional work to be undertaken and KPD have been very accommodating and worked these items into the schedule. They have also been very accommodating when working with other trades people we have had e.g. kitchen, bi-fold door suppliers.

As the completion nears it is very exciting to see the project come to fruition.

The team that has worked on our project are extremely hard-working, and for a building site, very quiet. In fact our neighbours have commented how tidy and hardworking they are. We thoroughly recommend KPD.
