I had an appointment with my friend last week for amino acids treatment and a scalp peeling at Krasivo project in Warsaw. We are tourists and we wanted to treat ourself to a hair care and do. To be fair, the team in the salon are kind and welcoming, they offered us warm drinks upon our arrival too. But I am disappointed first with the peeling as my scalp was super ichy towards my return home and still flaky like and secondly, and most importantly, with my hair’s blow drying. My hair was super frizzy and broken from its middle to its end although there was shine because of the treatment. The person who did my hair (a guy) was kind and everything but certainly did not take time to do my hair the way it shouldve been done, he dried it with the dryer to its end and (I have very soft hair and non wavy one) simply brushed it n blew dried it a couple of times on each side. Naturally, after that, my hair had a frizzy and broken look from the middle to the end. Unfortunately, I thought it would go in a day or two, but it didn’t. I paid 76 euros for a mostly broken hair that I need to treat right now that I am back home. I am so disappointed. Thank you for your kindness and attention.

Great service and kind personnel. Did men’s haircut. All good. Although it was my first time here, the master was very attentive to all my wishes and managed to find the right form for me. And of course UA speaking personnel present. Recommend.

They made me happy. Great atmosphere! I’m more that just satisfied with a result (manicure and brows), it was a pleasure to be here. And the way they communicate is wonderful, they all are polite and friendly ❤️ They offer coffee, tea, water and are ready to help. I really enjoyed my time there and I’m impressed by high level of services, communication and hygiene standards. Thank you, I’ll definitely come again when I’m back to Warsaw.

Absolutely loved the service and the quality of the treatments i got: manicure and brow treatment and styling. The nail gel polish colour selection and variety was insane as well, so many good shades. The service and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommended when in Warsaw ?

This salon is the best thing ever, starting from the quality of all procedures to the service and a great attitude of employees. They have a wide range of things to offer: coffee, tea, champagne, water and even pillow or a blanket if you are cold. I would 100% recommend this salon if you really want to feel yourself a queen ?

Great service and professional team. I definitely recommend to visit this place. Body massage was really cool, both strong and relaxing. Moreover the team has Ukrainian roots which make it easy to communicate.
