I found this place by mistake, while walking around the new town of Warsaw, so i had a gut feeling to try it. I had some problems with my hair so I needed some treatments and an improvement to my blonde colour. They took me right away, without an appointment, the receptionist was really nice and translated everything to the nice lady who did my hair. I received a very good hair treatment for damaged hair, i think it was called Tokio, it has really improved my hair because it was so fragile and dry, now it is very healthy. I also received a very nice colour, like a toner or something, and my blonde looked much better after the whole intervention. I really appreciated the nice lady who did my hair, she was so friendly and had so much patience with me, i felt really good here. Thank you once again for everything ❤️!
I would totally come here next time I am visiting Warsaw, this place is really professional and the whole team seems nice.

Although you always get the best results at this beauty salon (you won’t find higher quality services elsewhere), and they regularly check client satisfaction by offering coffee and tea and ensuring ongoing procedure comfort, I must sadly point out that their approach to clients can be considered opportunistic. Cynical.

Every time a client approaches the desk to remind them of their appointments, they speak Russian to you, assuming you must know it, and default to this language. This is a common scenario where the victim of an aggressor flirts with them, desiring to make money, by speaking in a language the aggressor understands. When I remarked on why they don't speak Polish (the state language), English (an internationally recognized language), or Ukrainian (which they usually easily switch to), they excused themselves by saying their clients are from Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Russia, and thus don't understand... Polish?

Draw your own conclusions.

My husband said “Never again.”

During our visit, my husband underwent a manicure and pedicure, while I was just waiting. As a result, he left with a few cuts, and upon closer inspection later, some of his nails were traumatized.

The place is tiny, noisy and lacking a welcoming atmosphere. Although we were both presented with menus for complimentary drinks, the staff have never returned to take my order once they realized I wasn’t a customer.

Awful service, noisy and low-quality specialist who burnt my hair 🙁

They try to sell everything to you even if you don’t ask! And yeah - russian language doesn’t promote this salon too ?
