KRM did a renovation of my Edwardian home. On the whole it was finished "satisfactorily" but not without loads of headaches and delays. Scheduled to take 3 months it took 12 months. Subcontractors they used were slack and in many cases caused new damage. Quite a lot of add on costs that didn't add up. The main guy Alan is quite a likeable guy and does a good job smoothing over all the issues, but in the end he was quite feisty, and definitely didn't care about attention to detail.
