We engaged KRP Consulting to carry out the structural design work for our home extension. They have been helpful and professional throughout. They carried out an initial survey on our house , including a dig to check foundation depth and checking drain depths etc. They exposed an existing beam to check it. They produced clear and detailed structural drawings for our project. When we wanted to make some changes during the build they advised us how to ensure that the changes would be good from a structural perspective. There is a reasonable amount of steel work in our project and all is going well.

What a great experience and thorough report. We used KRP for a potential new project and it proved to be the most well spent money. I would highly recommend KRP. They were reliable, trustworthy and very informative when structurally assessing for us.

The quality of the work is ok. However it took two months and constant chasing to do what should be simple structural drawings for an extension.

They rarely get back to you when you have a question and have potentially designed a plan that adds £15-20k un necessary additional cost to the build.

I say potentially because - you got it - they're not responding to my questions of clarification, so I don't know!
