KWS Builders completed a loft conversion with dormer for us in summer 2024. They worked to schedule and were clean and tidy in their approach. We were very happy with the finish of the work internally, which looks excellent. They created a fantastic double-winder staircase for us. We had some concerns about the final finish on the roof, but we discussed this with KWS and the issue was resolved amicably. We were always extremely grateful for the quality of communication with KWS, and their commitment to ensuring we were happy with the work. Overall the job was excellent value and we would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I needed a full renovation on my four-bedroom house in Wigan. The renovation required two more WC installed into the house (ensuite and a down stairs toilet), an extension to my bathroom, new planned kitchen, re-wall and rewiring of my utility room. Two walls opening (1x main solid wall and 1 x studded wall). All WC and utility rooms tiled and all internal doors fitted new. Top floor with new ceiling and wiring.

Like every customer, the last thing you will need is signing a contract to a cowboy builder. I looked into this company and from the start, Waseem was very reassuring. The conversation was smooth, and he was very open to discuss everything. He even recommended me to get quotes from other building companies. Seeing their exceptional reviews on every platform, and the initial smooth chat, I was completely hooked.

Day one came and I was away on holiday when they started their job. I had it all discussed on the phone to start everything while I was away. Being away from your home and letting people into your house can be unsettling, but Waseem being very professional, reassured me that I should enjoy my holiday and not to worry about anything. He sent me pictures every day on the progress of their jobs and only called if they really needed me.

I came back from my holiday and the progress to their job was surprisingly quick. The team does not waste time on the job, and this was also noticed by my neighbour who acknowledged and highly commended their work and their work ethic. I was at a point that I was slowing them down because I just couldn’t keep up with their pace. Not only they were quick, but the job was done with perfection, and they do tidy up before they finish every day.

I was working away from home throughout their job, and this could’ve been a heavier burden for me but the team made sure that I’m not worrying about anything. Everytime I come home, they never fail to surprise me with the progress of their work and putting a smile on my face.

They have completed their job perfectly as I wanted for my house and was completed sooner than I thought it would. I have already recommended them to friends & families who are thinking of doing their homes.

I couldn’t thank you enough brother Waseem and your team for your great work, along with your friendly team. You’ve all made it all worth it for me. I am now a proud owner to my newly reformed home and you’ve all made that happen to this proud serving British Soldier. Thank you! - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had my whole house renovated by K W & S Builders they been amazing. I have had 4 chimneys breast removed, plastering, painting, wallpaper and loads more work has been done by them . K W & S Builders where amazing! They did both of our bathrooms full tiles and insulation and even made a hallway!!! I was impressed how fast and efficient they worked, and at a very reasonable price. The job has been done to a high standard, everything was done just the way we wanted it.

Very polite and accommodating. Good initial contact. Started a week late due to some personal problems, which was okay. Sadly, I didn’t find their work up to a high standard. There was little attention to detail and they were quite clumsy in their approach to some tasks. They caused damage in a room that they weren’t even working in, and didn’t own up to it, until I noticed and asked them about it. Days later.
As I say, nice people, but not a high enough standard of workmanship.
