Through a close friend recommendation, I got in contact with Luke and Frank. After a quick phone call we arranged a meeting.

Swiftly after we had a meeting with Frank and Luke, the work started. It was really a pleasure to have them work on the house. They were punctual, polite, and really thoughtful when working on our house. They worked very quick with no comprise to quality...really helped us get things sorted in time for Christmas.

We are so happy with the work Frank & Luke carried out. They really listened to what we wanted even if it sounded a bit off trend. Always finding a way to make things work. Can't recommend them enough. If you've been dreaming of changing your house to fit the way you want to live but have any reserves when it comes to finding the 'right' builders then I believe this is the right choice.

Thoroughly recommend these guys, everything you want from a builder. We are in Herne Bay and they come from Essex but still arrived by 8 every morning did a full days work every day. Tidied up at the end of the day, over came any unforseen problems without a fuss, completed our extension on time and budget. Very easy to get along with and would recommend them without any hesitation.

Luke and Frank completely renovated a ground floor flat for us, did some emergency repairs in a neighbouring property and then we commissioned them again to remodel a downstairs bathroom and also plaster and decorate other rooms in another property. They also remodelled the garden, returfing, crazy paving etc…. All undertaken at pace, minimal supervision, work finished to a high standard. Would recommend and use again.
