L&J Pro carried out a complete house conversion for me. I am very impressed, not only with the excellent results, but also in the manner in which the project was managed. Lee and James kept me informed throughout and guided me through what was happening. Their team of builders are excellent and I felt that they put a lot of care and attention to details into their work.
I would highly recommend L&J Pro for any building project, not just because of their professionalism, but also because they're great guys too!

We've just had our bedroom lime plastered and are very pleased with it, so much so the lads are coming back to do more work! Thank you Lee you have an excellent team who work to high standards, are respectful and can be trusted. JP, you were right you're the best plasterer in Cornwall! This is a proper building firm who bring a range of skills to the job. We needed rendering replaced on our old house outside Lostwithiel. Removing the cracked rendering revealed a number of problems which were discussed with us fully and the work revised accordingly. Options were fully costed and completed to the estimate. The staff were great to have on site, properly skilled and kept things tidy. All the rubbish was taken away regularly by truck so no skips blocking the access. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Lee and his team did a great job on our extension. He kept us regularly updated with progress and sent photos.
He liaised with our neighbour re a shared access and any likely disturbance.

L&J Pro are a first class local company. We had a loft extension done, which included a considerable amount of internal changes to our home downstairs as well. From initial planning, then scaffolding and on to the build, both outside and within our home, their team and the quality of their work have been outstanding. We were always confident that they would keep in contact both in person and by telephone whenever we needed advice or had any concerns. Any issues were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. We would thoroughly recommend them for all your building requirements.

We had a fairly large project of roof conversion and reconfiguration of our house. From the minute we gave the architectural drawings to L& J Pro, they lead the project (and us) through the whole process, talking with the architect, building regs and all the suppliers to arrange everything in an organised manner. They advised on all areas that we were not sure about and the end result is amazing.

The works were carried out by a team of polite, knowledgeable, skilfull and lovely people. We have no hesitation in recommending them. Very satisfied customers.
