We was buying our first property and had some concerns about boundaries with the neibouring house. Time was of the essence as we wanted to complete our purchase before the new stamp duty rise but also know there was no boundary problems. I was recommended to Alik by a another surveyor. We was back and fourth with the solicitors about the boundaries. We are so greatful for the work done by Alik. When we called him I explained our situation and he understood exactly what was needed. He was very flexible with times he could start his work. He was available the next day from the time we spoke and priced reasonably. His work was very professional. He drew up plans for the boundaries and gave us drone photos and his recommendations. He also delivered his work in the agreed time frame. From all of this our issues was sorted. If anyone has any boundary issues and want to be sure I would highly recommend Alik. He was very nice to deal with and very respectful.

Alik is a really nice guy, very insightful and helpful too.
Alik came and set out 3 large plots for us and even stayed a little later to get the 3rd finished in the one day. He has the knowledge and hi tech (& very expensive) equipment to get the precision and accuracy needed. His prices are very competitive too.
Win win..
I couldn’t recommend Alik highly enough. So much so that Alik is coming back to set out the next 2 (even larger) plots on the same project.
