A very honest and trust worthy company. I purchased some seasoned logs from Langley logs and this batch had some logs with moisture , I called Paul who very kindly offered to replace the entire bag immediately and also said that I could keep the existing logs as they guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. I was very impressed by their customer service and honesty. I've had bad luck in the past almost buying from Facebook fraudsters so it's refreshing to come across a company that promotes honesty and integrity. If you're new to buying logs and not sure where to go I would definitely recommend purchasing from Langley Logs.

I also met Paul who is a kind and humble man.

Easy to place an order on line. Accommodating to arrange a delivery date that suited. Arrived on the correct day and very happy with the quality. Have used Langley logs before but had my own van to collect with. The first time that I have had delivered and very happy with the product and service. Extremely helpful.
