17months into an insurance water damage claim and only plastered 5 walls, 2 ceilings and fitted a boiler. Started to bodge things to try and get the job done, stopped them from working as putting a kitchen in and no prep, very poor workmanship. Had meeting with their manager and said I was getting someone else in to do work based on workmanship and schedule as using it as a fill in job. Total waste of time, very unprofessional company all staff very unprofessional and no idea of what’s happening or care. Can only speak from my own experience of this company. If having them to do an insurance claim, I would get a cost for the work and ask the insurance for a settlement figure and manage this yourself rather than go through this pain and frustration with this company.

Excellent tradesmen. Professional , capable.Thank you guys.!!!! The admin part of the company are appauling. Very poor communication, lack empathy, almost rude at times , never return your calls. Took 10months for my repairs to be completed. If your insurance company have assigned this firm to do your repairs. The god help you.!!!! What was a very traumatic experience after a fire. Was made much worse for me, having to deal with this company. I will never use builders assigned by an insurance company again.

Absolutely awful company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our insurance company contracted Lanmarc to do repairs on our home, which we have been waiting on for months and no progress has been made thus far. We have been very patient with them and these delays have caused a great deal of inconvenience, stress and financial loss.

Whenever we have chased them up regarding any updates, they give the exact same excuse in a very rude and abrupt manner (The operational manager is in a meeting and will call back, except that never happens). I am now obliged to take this matter further.

Avoid Lanmarc at all costs.

had to use lanmarc through our insurance company. they lack all communication skills, have been waiting for them to begin any work for 8 months. they say they’ll schedule a call back for later in the day, yet have not called back once. we have been without a bathroom floor/ kitchen ceiling, working fridge or freezer, a kitchen light and a working toilet for coming up to a year now. they’re unable to tell us when work will begin, and more often than not when we have called them to ask what is going on, they say that they haven’t got a clue. they are completely useless. don’t make the same mistake and take your business elsewhere.

Our insurance company used Lanmarc to repair a conservatory roof (we had to pay Lanmarc the £400 excess before work began). The work was, after several delays on their part (which I note is a common complaint about them) finally done at the end of June 2021. On October 5th, after torrential rain, the conservatory roof began to leak badly again, 15 months after Lanmarc were paid to repair it. I contacted them immediately but had to subsequently chase them twice this week when they failed to respond.
Lanmarc refuses to remedy the situation, citing the fact that it is more than 12 months since they did the work. I have pointed out that this past summer was exceptionally dry (in fact, the driest for the last 27 years and the 6th driest since records began in 1836!!). Had this summer been a more typical British summer the repair to the conservatory would have been found to be sub-standard within the 12 months that Lanmarc allow themselves and they would not have been so easily able to wriggle out of standing over their own workmanship. Clearly, they have no sense of pride in their work or concern about reputation.
I would not recommend Lanmarc under any circumstances and I shall be taking this matter further,

Lanmarc claims to "aim for complete satisfaction at all times to our customers"!!! Lanmarc was contracted by our insurance company to carry out internal work due to flood damage. Two months later,after numerous delays on start date at very short notice work still did not commence! Had to source our own local,reliable contractor. Would not reccomend this company to anyone due to their unreliability.

After having my Double Glazing replaced, I started to have issues with the lintels above each of the ground floor openings, which consequently give me issues with the brickwork being supported by them.

After being quoted circa £10,000 to have the lintels replaced, I reached out to Lanmarc to supply & fit the Helifix solution as a cost effective alternative (which came in at less than £1000).

Brad from Lanmarc was nothing short of brilliant, the quality of work he did on my property was excellent, the job was completed very promptly & to a high level of standard.

I can whole heartedly recommend Lanmarc for your building structural needs.

This company was contracted to complete repairs by my insurance company and I wAs assured all repairs would be completed before the end of August we are now in November and although works have been started nothing is completed.. I call them and I get told they will get back to me. They say they're going to be completed by x date but nothing. I call the insurance company , they think all work is completed ?...Frustrated isn't the word. Total sham ?
