Lansdown did a great job in difficult circumstances with our loft conversion (which was ongoing when the pandemic hit). In particular, they worked around issues created by inaccurate architectural drawings while generally sticking to their budget except where unavoidable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike and Mark who were professional and sensible.

Our house project involved a rear and side extension and refurbishment of one of our bathrooms upstairs. It was a big project but from the beginning we were very comfortable with Lansdown approach. We highly recommend them not only for the quality of their work but also for their professionalism and great project management. Mike and Mark were always on site making sure it was a smooth process from the beginning to completion. Their team and group of contractors were very courteous, hardworking and performed high quality work. Since we were living there during the works, apart from trying to keep the house clean and tidy, they always made sure we could live there as comfortably as possible. Particularly, we were without a kitchen and utility room and they arranged ways for us to be able to use the appliances, including during a big December freeze! We are very happy with the results and will use the team again.

We used Lansdown for a ground floor extension and kitchen fit in spring/summer 2020. We engaged with Lansdown during the first lockdown upon a recommendation from a Neighbour. We do not regret it we are very happy with the end result. We felt everything was delivered to our requirements and was delivered despite all constant changes in rules. Lansdown Surrey did a fantastic job and transformed our house in 2020. They reconfigured three bedrooms and added an ensuite. They moved a downstairs bathroom, opened up the kitchen and rebuilt the conservatory. They project managed and liaised with all the trades people for us. They helped make suggestions such as widening the corridor, which has been a game changer. To add to this, they did it all during the worst part of the pandemic and finished a day earlier than planned. Would 100% recommend for a stress free project!
