Following the initial consultation, Sean & Maverick were a pleasure to work with. The first designs didn't tick all our boxes, so we worked together to find the winning solution which allowed us to retain all our usable garden space, simply losing some of the driveway. When the build started, Maverick supported and came to site to discuss one of the more complex area's of the build. Overall, I'm delighted with our new space - designed by Latch Architects and made real by a great team of contractors.

Contacted Sean to discuss our options over an extension, he was knowledgeable and knew from the start that given works done in the area we would have a high degree of success with planning which gave us confidence. During the initial meetings it became clear we wanted to increase the scope of design into remodelling most of our property. Maverick visited the property and took measures of everything, he was friendly and professional, from there we had a couple of design meetings to make sure what had been drawn was what we were expecting, what really helped visualise this was the CGI drawings. Both gents have been very responsive to questions, requests for information and as always those last minute detail changes. There time in the industry has led them to gain a pool of other professionals nationwide that they can recommend if required and this always helps, they make initial contact and the process is smooth as all parties are working together from start. Overall happy with the process and will be recommending to others.

We found Sean and Maverick online and though at first I, like probably many others at the outset of a build, was wary of both cost and what an architect could do that I couldn’t. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The step by step help at every point of the project including recruiting all the other people you need(structural engineers etc), a very clear pricing structure and just generally excellent customer care was a godsend. The plans went straight through planning without my involvement, all the materials to spec and advice freely given when needed. Result, a beautiful extension, the pictures of which will be on their website. Well recommended.
