Where to begin with Luke and his team. LB Home Improvements exceed all expectations when it comes to doing what they do. We had our tired and very dated ensuite update by Aaron. The finish is outstanding and the whole experience whilst he (and Scott) were here, was relaxing and stress free. Every morning and before the end of the day you get briefed on what is going to happen that day and then the following days plans. Aaron discussed with me daily what he believed my vision was before he went ahead and worked on that days tasks. They were tidy and cleaned down at the end of each day. My ensuite is totally amazing and the finish is outstanding. I could go on and on but I think I am clear here on my review. Luke has done several jobs for us now and he will always be our joiner and plumber. He has a can-do attitude and his workmanship is excellent. Luke has had to adapt to the quirks of our 1812 house and we are so pleased with the work he has done, from bespoke joinery to tiling, door frames, fitting skirting boards and making fitted units. Luke has excellent communication which is so important, he always turns up on time and we highly recommend him.
