I feel incredibly lucky to have found Le Guilcher Architecture.
I purchased a 2 bedroom apartment in a grade II listed building. The apartment needed a remodel, to include an additional bedroom and open plan living.
Christian prepared the drawings, liaised with the local authority and recommended a local builder.
I highly recommend Le Guilcher Architecture, Christian provided a personal and professional service and has a wealth of experience and knowledge.
We now have a beautiful home with great space for everyone!

We wanted to build a large kitchen extension with clean lines and lots of light and Christian’s design fitted the bill perfectly. He took on the planning application and effectively dealt with all queries arising to obtain the required permissions. During construction, which involved a shared party wall construction, he went above and beyond to ensure all parties understood and agreed the design and build issues involved which resulted in a very acceptable outcome and we would highly recommend him to others in this regard.
