If you value your relationship with your neighbours, think twice about employing this contractor. They have no respect for neighbouring property, leaving dust, sand and rubble all over our driveway after using it day in day out for access to our neighbours property. They never asked to use it, and we never said they could. We decided to do them a favour and allow this. You think they’d at least sweep up at the end of the day wouldn’t you. Maybe even rinse it before they knock off on a Friday. None of that. They dropped cement over our fence and onto our rendered flower beds and just ignored it. They cover my car in dust day in day out. We asked them extremely politely if they could finish an hour early one Friday after our dog passed away and wanted to spend a final moment with him in the garden before having to go to the crematorium and they were not interested and just carried on drilling. I know we have no right to stop them working but this was a request for a favour, one hour on a Friday afternoon. Not interested. After we’d let them use our drive way cover it in dust, and cause us to traipse it in and out of our cars and house. Cheers Leeper & Deighton. Bunch of stand up blokes.

P.S. in response to the owners reply; when decent people make a mess, they tidy up. This is my home, and I work hard to pay for it. If you'd like to discuss it further, you know where I am.

Can’t praise them highly enough! My reservations were based on such good reviews being too good to be true, but they exceeded my expectations all round. I would have paid far more for such excellent service had I known what I was getting!

Excellent communication, the highest quality of finish, prompt, polite, clean and tidy, and entirely trustworthy. They kept me updated throughout of what they were doing when, and anything that could have become a problem was dealt with so quickly and so well that it had no chance to even become an issue.

I was quite anxious about getting the work done as I live alone and I’ve had some health problems, but the entire process was actually fine thanks to the entire team. I’d recommend them to anyone, and they would make a fine choice if you are nervous about work being done or for anyone worried about finding someone trustworthy.
