We engaged Lees Architects, working with Stuart for a single storey ground floor extension in Barnet. Stuart was really good to work with and his design ideas offered us a choice of layouts and gained us some additional space which we hadn't originally considered. He was quick, responsive and pitched at a reasonable rate. He worked through the tenders to ensure that the contractors pricing was accurate. Once the project started he was on hand to carry out a couple of inspections and he guided the builders when they required it. A very good service and highly recommended!

I was quite apprehensive before embarking on my latest project as it was complex to say the least, however I was recommended to Stuart Lees and he had so many solutions and brilliant ideas the project went through so smoothly. Dealt with Sam with regards to a kitchen extension and remodeling of first floor rooms. Very professional and always available to talk through problems. I was originally hesitant to go with an architect as wanted the ease of a design and build contractor. However, Sam dealt with all aspects from drawings, to arranging structural engineer , to planning applications, build over agreements etc. I couldn't highly recommend him enough. He realizes that is a stressful situation for home owners and always took the time to explain things and make it a priority to get queries resolved.
