Legacie’s tenancy services are terrible from the beginning. I did not get confirmation and contract until 2 days before my moving dates I was moving cities and had to leave my previous rental and book movers and packers. Caused me severe anxiety. And the flush tank was leaking from the day I moved in. No response to emails or concerns raised on their fix flo system until 2 months later after reporting multiple times. Always have to chase up every email a million times. The instructions given regarding setting up utility bills were wrong and didn’t get response to emails unless I repeatedly ask. Very unco-cooperative. Property manager Yasmin takes ages to reply to emails and have to repeatedly email her to get a response. I want to get out of the tenancy but they aren’t co-operative about subletting or moving out, although it’s mentioned in their contract subletting can be allowed under certain circumstances. Even though I have requested this well only advance, they denied without even asking about my circumstance. I am not sure what those circumstances are that’s mentioned in the contact.

Lived at one Baltic square for 12 months. Legacie lied to us about when the development would be finished, work is still ongoing it used to be into the night and early mornings weekends. We were refused to park in the dedicated car park even though we were offering to pay. The agents are terrible to get ahold of even when leaving a voicemail and ringing several times a day.
They also tried to take 80% of our deposit for no real justification or proof of any of the work that needed doing.
Terrible agents do not rent with them.

The service I've received from day one has been absolutely disappointing. Despite signing the tenancy agreement and paying both the deposit and rent well in advance, I was informed on the day of check-in that my credit checks didn’t pass. This notification came without any explanation or prior notice, which is unacceptable.

The lack of communication throughout the entire process has been frustrating. I had to submit documents three times, through three different systems, with no feedback at any stage.

While you may be good builders, my experience with your customer service and property management has been far below standard. This needs serious improvement.

Sophie Upton assisted me with my transition into a new apartment within Legacie, it was pretty last minuet but she was still responsive and got it all sorted. Cheers Sophie!

The building is new and spacious with nice furnishings and the management is lovely. It’s secure and has good amenities. Abby has been very helpful and responsive throughout my move out process. I’ve had a great experience dealing with her and the rest of the building managers and staff.

Absolutely ridiculous service from day one. Have to chase everything up repeatedly to get an answer. Still haven’t received my parking fob for a space that I’ve paid for and own. Asked them to be in charge of the letting of my property and they said they couldn’t find a tenant. Never saw the property advertised and managed to find my own tenant within a month. Don’t bother using them, big let downs and i won’t be paying my service charge until I have received a response to my last (one of several) email.
