It has an amazing water wheel on the side of the upper mill house which has recently been renovated. When i cycle past on the road i can’t help but look at all the beautiful stone work. It’s a very interesting place indeed with wonderful surroundings full of wildlife (Bats, birds & deer) and the whole area is very peaceful which also looks fantastic all year round. It’s also great to see very old buildings being made to look how they originally were all those years ago, this is definitely somewhere i would like to live as it’s just on the edge of Plymouth in a very quite leafy place with very clean air with a whole host of incredible places to go right on your door step including Dartmoor.
