Sent over an enquiry for a loft conversion to gauge interest, with a moderate amount of detail specifying at what point we’re at with the project, what services we’d be looking for etc. We got a one line response two weeks later saying they’re booked for the year.

We didn’t specify when we’d be looking to start, In fact we’re looking to start next year. But if that’s how you’re looking to communicate with potential customers, I don’t want to bother seeing how you communicate once we’ve started works.
