Des seems to have taken it very personally that our customer service advisor with 17 years professional experience would not let him verbally abuse and swear at him. Directly after the call he then proceeded to post negative reviews of our business all over the Internet (his own words).
Yes we made a mistake with his first order (a bespoke glass product but his replacement was sitting ready to be shipped within the timescales stated on our website.
On a business to business level I would avoid like the plague because if something goes wrong Des (and now his son) will go on an internet rampage in an attempt to ruin you. I personally find this very petty and very unprofessional.
Customer service staff are there to help you not to be a target for abuse. They are not responsible for any part of production either. Judge how you will but I would advise against this family business.
