We wanted to upgrade our door locks and Lewis gave us very good advice. He was able to fit a new lock within a few days with the specified number of keys. When finished we asked about another lock and Lewis was able to fit one from stock carried with him. I couldn't recommend LG installations and repairs highly enough and would suggest them to anyone looking to get their doors or windows changed. From the start Lewis made it so easy when going through the design process and was so helpful with his recommendations and showing us all options available. I never once felt pressured into making a decision and Lewis gave us time to make a decision.

When it came to the installation, the install took place on the date originally given. I was very nervous getting our windows changed due to the disruption during the process, this was kept to a minimum.

I couldn't be happier with the decision! The windows look great and are even better than I could have expected. Thank you team LG!
