We used LGM for a recent project in Llandudno, which was a property which needed a full modernisation and refurb. Lloyd was friendly and professional throughout, answering all of our (many!) questions. The quote we received for the work was very competitive and the work started as expected on the date agreed. Lloyd co-ordinated the various different trades, including a plasterer, electrician, plumber, tiler and joiner to ensure that the work was completed to our satisfaction. All of the people that we met on the project were extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would like to thank all of the people involved - the final refurbishment and modernisation looks outstanding. The work took longer than expected but Lloyd kept in touch throughout explaining why the delay had occurred and what was being done to progress the project.
