Such a fun experience with friends!!! Location was charming and clean. Staff was welcoming and hospitable. We are not local so this was a vacation opportunity. Reason for the loss of a star is due to the gold separators and gold letters (vowels) being unavailable during our appointment. Our group had planned to use both so that was disappointing. I would still recommend to friends and hope to do again in the future.

I took my 14 year old niece here today to make bracelets and it was a perfect indoor activity to do together. The girls working there were super nice and helpful, our bracelets came out really cute and we had a great time. Would definitely go back

I have a pediatric cancer foundation and have been taking our 10 year old fighter to make bracelets weekly with her sisters. The girls at LWP are even going to come to the hospital to bead with us. They are so beyond kind and the girls have the best time. Thank you guys so much we love you!

I’m on vacation and finding out that little words project co. has a store front was beyond excitement for me.

I rushed to their store after dinner before they closed and I was greeted by Alyssa. Alyssa answered all of my questions with ease and patience. Most of all, Alyssa created a special bracelet for me and did it with care. This is my first bracelet and won’t be my last. Alyssa went above and beyond to make my first visit special and memorable. She was kind, patient and caring. She had such an awesome personality and made this visit quite memorable.

Can’t wait to visit this store again on my next visit.

Superb customer service! I was running late to attend a birthday gathering and the team allowed me to reschedule without any issues. Sadly I didn’t make it on time however Oliva was so kind and thoughtful she gave me the option to turn my slot time spot into a gift card! It was the perfect bonus to birthday gifts!
