We booked an initial consultation with Cecilia to discuss ideas and look at our home which was charged for as per her terms.
She arrived on time and stayed well over her allocated time which is a good sign in my point.

She had a good look around and made some suggestions which we had not thought of and the ideas were great, it was a really valuable insight for us on what we could potentially achieve.

Her follow-up after the meeting has also been pretty consistent so far. We will speak to her again in the new year after looking at some of our options.

Cecilia has been a joy to work with. We were struggling with a growing family in a medium sized house. We found Cecilia online, and really liked her philosophy of looking at how we need to use and live in the space, as well as the general building design.

We discussed various thoughts we had and potential options for extensions, as well as why we wanted to extend and the main drivers for the project. Cecilia came back with several designs and worked with us to further amend and refine. She listened to us and worked closely with us through the design stages and helped us through the planning process.

Our current Kitchen and Conservatory were worn out and we wanted to replace them with a permanent structure. This meant knocking down our old conservatory, lounge and kitchen and rebuilding them in the shape that we needed.

We choose Cecilia from Livewell Architecture because of her track record, good reviews and her ability to see the entire process from design and inception, through planning permission to providing us with a tender pack the we could give to our builders.

We were really impressed with every aspect of the service that Cecilia provided. Whilst she came up with some great ideas that we used in the design, we never felt pressured and she always took notice of what we wanted. Cecilia was invaluable in dealing with the council to get my proposed extension signed off.
The council kept dragging their heels in making a decision, requesting amendments on multiple occasions due to the slopping ground level.
Cecilia had to keep creatively tweaking the design to finally satisfy the council & grant the planning permission. She managed to do this without deviating away from what I was aiming to achieve.
I don't think I'd have been able to get the council to sign my extension off without Cecilia's help.
I also found her input on the interior design & layout a great help. The mood boards & CGIs really helped to bring the ideas from my head onto paper. Cecilia also had ideas I'd not even thought of, which I then incorporated in to my extension to the benefit of the overall project.
