I have been renting Lle Cyfyngedig properties since 2016 (2016-2018, 2018 - 2025) and I could not recommend them enough - very reliable family run company that encompasses and promotes the authentic Welsh culture, an aspect that mattered a lot to me. Everyone in the office is fair and respectful, always joyful when crossing paths. They’ve helped me in so many instances over the years and although I’ve also assisted when needed, I couldn’t thank them enough for how they’ve treated me. They appreciate transparency and they always accommodate when possible - but for that it takes mutual consideration 😊
I’ve been living in Bangor since 2012 and I have rented from other landlords too - however, renting from Lle Cyfyngedig for over 9 years speaks volumes in itself.
