Lee was the architect we used to help us gain an extra room to our home. Lee is patient and has extensive knowledge. He guided us all the way through the planning process, helping us decided how best we could gain space and what we would be allowed to do. Lee listens carefully and is extremely prompt, always on time for appointments and has the work done straight away, keeping us up to date with any developments.

What a predicament, we desperately needed some ground floor accommodation. We had lived in our lovely listed building for nearly 30 years so after unsuccessfully finding an alternative home we contacted Lee at LMC Architecture.

Our idea was to see if a garage conversion and an extension would be possible in our present home.

From our initial consultation to obtaining planning and listed building consent Lee did a fantastic job.

Obtaining planning permission for our listed building was always going to be a challenge but Lee managed it very well and we were able to treat the inevitable compromises with a positive attitude.

He liaised with the planning department, kept us informed and provided optimism and much needed support throughout the process.

His professional and friendly manner was welcomed, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We have also engaged Lee to project manage our alterations, we feel we can trust him to complete this important conversion and can’t wait to see the end results.

He saved the day on a commercial to residential HMO we are developing by taking a non compliant design from another architect firm and quickly came up with a solution that ticked all the boxes for HMO, building control and fire safety regulations.

Without Lee's input tens of thousands of pounds of investment would've gone to waste.
