As general contractors Loaring Development Ltd price competitively, are transparent and responsive in their approach, and use specialists who take professional pride in the work they do. Most importantly, they check if they are unsure of a brief and will contribute to finding the most appropriate solution to emerging issues. Not sure if they've gone out of business, as I have been waiting nearly 10 weeks for them to even come and look at some previous repairs they made 12 months ago that are already failing. Not good. Not professional. No contact numbers available and no response via FB, email, text message, carrier pigeon. They do seem to be able to fob off our insurance company though, so there must be somebody working for them
