If your looking for hard working,honest,trustworthy and friendly builders call Loft World! We cannot recommend Joel and his team enough. We have had a large dormer added, so our loft is now two huge bedrooms and a bathroom. They have all worked extremely hard every day from the moment they arrived,until the minute they left. We are so impressed that we've even found more jobs we'd like them to do in our house! Thank you Joel!

if You are considering a Loft Conversion I highly recommend seeing Joel, from the off his ideas were great, most companies said it couldn’t be done but Joel knew how to gain that little bit of height which made all the difference and why we chose Loft World.

Both myself and my wife work and left them to work in the house after we went and each day we came home the place was left as tidy as it could be while your having a loft conversion done!

Really really pleased with the final finish, once I have it all painted I will post some pictures.

After many months of discussion Joel, he assured me and my husband that the project was totally in line with what they do and I even went to visit 2 projects they had completed in the area, who were also very happy with the work they had done

I’m so glad I went ahead with the work and I’m thoroughly delighted with not just the work, but by the way each and every tradesmen who came through the door, Elton and his team were exceptional at keeping the mess down to a minimum.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Loft World throughout the entire process. From the initial visit to planning, (our street has restrictions so we needed planning permission), to the build itself everyone we met along the way was so helpful and knowledgeable.
There are obviously disruptions when you have building works on your home but these were kept to a minimum and they worked so fast they were really short lived. They were so tidy also.
Living in a small house the space created is going to make such a difference and I am already regretting promising the room to our daughter I would have been very happy in there!
I would recommend Loft World without a doubt.

Our loft was converted almost three years ago. We still do not have a certificate of completion, and they have ignored every form of communication to get it resolved. As a result, we can not sell our house as a four bedroom house and thus, we cannot move. I have no problem with the work that was done - the only issue outstanding is fairly minor, but would not recommend them simply due to the shocking after service. Once they have your money, you are not an issue for them.

This company have taken on the job of building our loft conversion.The build started first week in October this year and Joel andAdam promised usitwill take 6 weeks . They have given up a shoddy job with massive space in the plaster boards.and lots of faults in the carpentry work .All of the subcontractors that loft world use have complained that they are very bad in paying them they don’t even pay their workmen on time.They are very good at collecting monies from customers but never deal with any problems.can you imagine when Joel came to do the quotation he knew we had a solar panel and yet when the building works started he never got a contractor to deal with this issue instead he left it for us to deal with.He never came on site either.
This company is very fraudulent and dishonest with very poor customer service and communication.They never take our calls or call us back when there is a problem. The plasterers never turned up for 3 weeks and they have not sent the plumber to complete works .No skips was hired from the start of the building process until now rubbish is onsite in our driveway and back garden,scaffolding is still up and it’s now almost 12 weeks and we still can’t use our loft our house is like a building site nails and woods everywhere and we have a toddler living here therefore we can’t celebrate Christmas this year. Joel have financial problems other customers have taken him to court for shoddy and unfinished works.
Do not hire this company .
