I got my Dormer style loft conversion completed in April 2017. After obtaining several quotations from various experts, I met Robert Bayliss of Loftstyle Ltd and engaged them to carry out works. I want to thank you so much for my loft conversion and to say that it has been great for us. Your dedicated team finished the works entirely up to our satisfaction and timely. Over 5 years and we have not encountered any issues with the quality of work. I wrote a review earlier but this is quick update and to advise that recently I needed some information about the roof and I contacted Robert Bayliss after 5 years but he took time and send me required drawing witin a few hours. I did't expect such a prompt response and help. You have exceeded my expectation to help me after 5 years. Owner Rob couldn't have been more friendly and professional to deal with. Rob made multiple visits to our home to measure, chat about our wants and needs and answer my (many) questions. After being quoted ridiculous amounts for the work I was very impressed to see a binder including detailed, personalized plans, a detailed quote breakdown and job specification and proof of building insurance drop through my door days after Rob measuring up. The builders were timely, friendly and worked in the snow and rain to get the job done. Our loft was completed in 6 weeks, start to finish. All of the tradespeople that worked on our home including the builders, roofers and plasterer were so friendly and professional. I felt safe and happy that our house was in their hands. The guys even kept our puppy company! I really can't say enough good things, or recommend the company enough. Thank you, Rob & co.

Absolutely over the moon with what Loftstyle have done for us, Rob made us fully aware of all the works that had to be carried out, from the survey, plans costs & construction.
We had a new combination boiler fitted by the plumber Dave fantastic very neat and tidy done a great job. The carpentry and roof works carried out by Mikey and his lads Taff and Rick polite and great workers conscientious to detail for us. Then electrics carried out by Martin who was very clean and tidy left no mess and neat, plastering carried out by Dan he also did a fantastic job the finding looks amazing.
All the guys working on the project for us were always on time and kept us fully aware of everything that was going on day to day.
Robs team are brilliant!

We had our loft space converted into a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The workmanship was first class and all completed to the agreed schedule. We love our new room which as added value onto the property of our home. I would highly recommend loft style for anyone considering investing in their property.
