Ludlow Construction have recently completed a 2 storey extension at our property in Harnham, transforming our home from a 3 bed to a 4 bed with en suite, new utility room and garage. At the same time, they also reroofed the entire property, repointed the front elevation and completed a new driveway.

This project was a long time in the planning for us to create our forever home and we are really pleased with the end result. The attached before and after photos speak for themselves and we have had lots of compliments from neighbours/passers by.

Jake, Harry and the rest of the team kept us up to date throughout, ensuring that all works were completed in a timely and efficient way and were always on hand to offer advice where required.

I was originally planning on purchasing a house in The Close in Salisbury, and spoke to Jake about remodeling it for me. I had seen his most recent work in Chipper Lane, and was very taken with the quality of the craftsmanship, as well as the beautiful kitchen and bathroom designs that his team specialize in. Jake was most generous with his time and expertise, viewed the property with me, and offered wonderful suggestions along with a handy ballpark estimate.

Plans changed, but to my delight, I have recently been able to acquire instead a flat in New Street, which was converted from offices by Jake and his crew about two years ago. So I get my “Jake kitchen” and my “Jake bathrooms”, and all that thoughtful and high class “Jake craftsmanship”, after all. I am overjoyed and most grateful.

Jake, Harry and their team did a fantastic job on our loft conversion! ?

They were hardworking, flexible (as we had Airbnb bookings mid-build), positive and solution orientated (when we had issues with our architect and the angle of the stairs, etc). ?

They delivered the project pretty much on budget (with just a few additional amends, like having an unvented system put in, etc. that weren’t in the original scope tbf). ?

It was finished in time for Christmas, which was much appreciated, and we are really enjoying the benefits of the extra space (as we intend to foster eventually). ?

We would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, family and anyone in the local area. ?

A huge thank you to Jake, Harry, and the guys came today for their fantastic work in installing our new window cills!

It's such a small job but we’d been waiting for 18 months to get them replaced after they disintegrated, and had been let down by other builders - who I presume put it in the "too much effort" basket!

From start to finish, the team were incredibly professional, efficient, and tidy. They turned up on time, got straight to work, and completed the job to a high standard – our house looks amazing now! With the new roof and the perfectly installed cills, it finally feels safe and ‘finished’ - well from the outside at least!

We really appreciate how organised, speedy, and considerate they were.

It’s rare to find builders who not only deliver great results but also take such care in their work.

a few months ago I decided to relocate from London, the place of my birth and my home for all of my sixty seven years of age, and decided that Salisbury would be a wonderful city in which to create new memories and adventures.

We had a small leak (not builders fault) due to the extreme weather Sunday evening, Jake had one of his chaps round the next day and sorted it straight away. Awesome customer service.
