Hardworking, trustworthy, polite, tidy and helped us make decisions along the way! Already booking in for more work to be done in our home as we could not fault them. Steve and his team did a fantastic job with the media wall and wall removal in our house. We were very impressed with Steve's level of communication, he responds to messages very quickly and is keen to resolve any concerns which are raised.

The team made sure we were happy with progress at every stage and continually checked in with us. They were more than happy to discuss any aspect and answer any questions throughout the works and everyone was very approachable.

Steve and his team were at site early every day and worked until late, including the weekend where necessary. There is clear dedication to doing a good job on time and to a professional standard.

Overall, I would not hesitate to employ Luxe again for future changes to our house.

We had Steve and his team fully renovate both of our bathrooms (main and ensuite) recently and they did a fantastic job. Steve sets a high bar for the quality of work that him and his team does and it shows in results. We're extremely happy with our bathrooms and the level of quality that we got (part of it was also because of using R&D plumbing for bathroom supplies which Steve recommended and has a good relationship with the owner of).
They will admit themselves they aren't the cheapest when compared to some other quotes you would get but what you get is good quality work as he employs specialists to do the various work, e.g. plasterer, tiler and decorator were all different people who only specialised in those things. The people who work with/for him are hard working and very respectful and we're generally pleased with the quality of work they did.
The only thing I would say is that Steve is very in demand and seems to have a high work load, so we did have a few delays (some of it not within their control also) with the completion of the bathrooms so it took a bit longer than it should have, but it seems like all good tradesmen are quite busy these days (and a good sign if they are generally).
I would definitely recommend Steve and will probably use him in the future when it comes to renovating our kitchen.

We had a long and studied plan for this small bathroom with a lot of question mark and IF. The result left me more then satisfied. Wife is super happy with colour and styling. Steve had to cross hundred of problems but he still managed to leave the customer happy. Will abuse of him again in the future and will advice the same to others!

We wanted our main bathroom renovated and although not a particularly big room, it was a bit of an awkward shape and other bathroom companies we had spoken to did not, we felt, try to maximise the space available. We also did not want it to feel like it was straight out of a bathroom fitting showroom and looked like every other bathroom. Steve at Luxe Homes worked with us to understand our needs and concerns and came up with a solution that would overcome the complications that our bathroom posed and worked with our tiling scheme, adding in suggestions that enhanced it overall. The contractors involved were all polite and respectful and if we had any concerns over the work, Steve ensured they were resolved and we were happy. Work was done in a timely manner although Christmas and some supply problems dragged it out a bit. Communication suffered a little because of this but was generally good.
Overall we are delighted with our new bathroom which looks amazing and meets all our needs.

Really happy with the work Steve and his team completed in my house.
I only recently moved in and wanted two fitted sliding wardrobes.
Steve and Jay knocked a couple of walls down to open up two single brick cupboards. They also built some stud walls and fitted floor to ceiling sliding doors.
The end result looks just how I wanted, I would definitely recommend no matter the size or scale of your project.
