Paul is very responsive and goes out of his way to show up when he says he will.
His communication throughout the jobs he has done has been first-rate- he kept me informed of what materials were required, timescales for sourcing these and when he thought the works would be completed.
He has helped me with a leaking boiler, installing a new shower, installing a Hive system and regular boiler service.

A further update to this review: Paul has not only helped my immediate family, he has also helped our wider family, given a lot of help and support to my wife's granny, replacing a poorly maintained and under functioning boiler quickly, whilst arranging a time that would create the least disruption for her. He has also helped friends left in a pickle by a cowboy plumber who left a job unfinished.
