Matt carried out extensive demolition and reconstruction of my ground floor flat, adhering to the recommendations of a structural engineer's report. He lowered ceilings, knocked through in several places, constructed new stud walls and replastered the walls to a good finish.

Matt contracted and coordinated the work of an electrician to rewire the whole flat from scratch and worked with a plumber in the construction of a new shower room. Matt is a very reliable and friendly guy who is happy to work around the client's needs and was flexible when I changed my mind about some aspects of the build. His pricing is transparent and he delivered the project on budget.

Matt was recommended to me by my estate agents and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good value builder in this area.

I used MD construction on a recent renovation project. The guy who came round was Matthew, he was very helpful. He demolished my chimney from roof to ground floor, this was a job myself and my partner were dreading due to the dust that it could have caused throughout the house. However, each day when we returned from work (apart from the obvious lack of chimney) the place was surprisingly clean and tidy. Matthew gave us a very competitive price and timescale of which was met. On the back of this we asked him to plaster our upstairs, again very tidy and conscientious and completed the works to an extremely high standard. He also replaced our upstairs windows. Matthew will definitely be my go to guy for any home improvements in the future, it was a pleasure doing business with him and cannot recommend his services enough. Thanks Matt!!
