We contacted Mainmark to inspect a number of cracks at our property. The communication to establish the issue was good and a visit was arranged promptly. Sean is clearly highly experienced and knowledgable and he was able to quickly and unambiguously assess the issue. The visit was very professional and congenial and I would thoroughly recommend the service. At this point no further work was required, but I would not hesitate in contacting Mainmark in future.

From the first call a prompt site visit to check cracks in wall, & measure the drop on the floor slab & then the single day to fix a problem that had existed for at least 35years…. They stayed late till ~6pm to ensure it was 100%fixed as it needed a bit more resin. After testing during the works. Highly knowledgeable & competent. Can’t recommend them enough. (And more than 30% cheaper than a competitor quote) so glad the structural surveyors suggested looking at resin instead of traditional underpinning techniques.

I wanted to express my huge appreciation to Darian and Alex of Mainmark for their help and advice regarding concerns with our property.

When I made my enquiry online Darian called within 12 hours to ask me for the relevant information, areas of concern, measurements, Photos and floorplans. This enabled her to make an initial assessment which was extremely helpful and reassured me I had made the right choice contacting their company. As she couldn’t be certain from what I had provided (my fault for not providing clear enough information) she suggested Alex come and physically do a site inspection which he did within a couple of days, free of charge !!

Alex could have said we had an issue and provided a quote for work but instead what I witnessed was a person who was clearly very experienced, honest, open and helpful which alleviated our biggest fears. The relief we felt afterwards that there was nothing fundamental to worry about at this time was huge.

If we require this type of service in the future or any of our friends or neighbours do I won’t hesitate to recommend Mainmark or engage with them again for their honest and expert advice.

Excellent service, had Paul come out this morning after a number of sleepless nights. He did a thorough check of our property (and even advised of a potential issue regarding the neighbours property) before reassuring us that there was nothing to worry about, just something to keep an eye on in future. He even costed up what the works could amount to if ever needed (even that potential figure seemed very reasonable) but there was no hard sell or anything just a very reassuring chat. They could have easily bamboozled us into buying services we didn't need but instead we dealt with a very honest company and a very lovely man.

If in future we did need any structural work done then I wouldn't hesitate to call Mainmark.

We used Mainmark recently. They were so professional. They attended to the job at hand, were a pleasure to have around. They were clean and were able to explain the job clearly, answer any questions and discussed any changes with us. I was impressed with the way they kept an eye on our drains and our neighbours drains due to the proximity. Upon completion of their work, they walked through my house to check that the doors opened and closed and that my window sills were straight.

We had Mainmark inject our house foundations to stabilise the building and it was a quick and easy process, it wasn't stressful time as we envisaged at all, the lads were very polite and helpful, you wouldn't have known they had been there, they cleaned up after the work was finished leaving the site, I definitely would recommend these guys to anyone considering this type of work, especially on the price they charged !

I commissioned Mainmark Ground Engineering to complete some ground stabilisation at the house. It has been a great experience, booking the quote on-line was very simple, and they followed up quickly. The engineer who completed the site visit was knowledgeable and took his time to explain the process. The crew turned up at precisely the time they said and completed their tasks efficiently, effectively and to an excellent standard. The were a really good team and got the job completed leaving no mess. They were courteous at all times and a pleasure to have them on-site.
I would strongly recommend others to use Mainmark and their teams as they completed the ground remedy very professionally and with considerably less impact than a traditional underpinning work.
