5 star service although we never actually needed them in the end.. Georgia was super helpful and patience whilst the phone service was awful. We managed to resolve the issue but had a couple follow up calls whilst their engineer was elsewhere. Defo recommend just on the communication basis 🫶🏻🫶🏻 thanks Georgia

We telephoned and arranged for an engineer visit to assess the possibility of restoring our boiler to working condition or to receive a quote for a new one, including supply and installation. Lee arrived as scheduled, conducted a thorough inspection, and provided pricing for both repairing the old boiler and installing a new one, fully fitted and guaranteed. We opted for the new installation and set a date for the work.

Lee and his team arrived on time, removed the old boiler, swiftly installed the new one, cleaned up the area, and conducted tests. They also disposed of all the rubbish and the old boiler and pipework. Lee was very polite and helpful from our first call through to the completion of the job. They did a fantastic job.

We cannot express enough gratitude to Lee and his team for their exceptional work and their helpfulness throughout the process. Thank you, Lee. We will certainly use your services again and have no hesitation in recommending Mains Gas Limited to anyone.

We were impressed with Mains Gas after a boiler service earlier in the year and asked for a quote for a far larger piece of work involving a further boiler and a remapping of the whole HW and CH system to create two separate systems in one property. This proved to be complex, tiresome and fraught with difficulties after decades of poor installations and repairs during previous ownership. In delaing with this over only three days, the team were professional, efficient, considerate and tidy. It was also all done at a very reasonable price. It's a surprise and delight to deal once again with a firm that exercises attention to detail and takes pride in their work, in an industry where so many do not. I recommend Lee and his entire team highly. First rate.

Brilliant service from Mains Gas Brecon. Heating went off right before a temp hit minus figures they came out as soon as they could and got the heating back on working that day. Definitely a recommend company if in doubt check out he local Facebook group they are always recommend in the area by locals.
