Matt and team have done an amazing job for us on our extension project.
Everything was taken care of from drawing up the plans to obtaining all of the necessary permissions,engaging the people for building regs, structural etc, costings and sending out tenders.
We would definitely recommend Making Plans to anyone embarking on a building project especially if like us you are not really sure how to go about things.

Matt and his team did a brilliant job changing the layout of our existing dwelling to permit a planning application to be submitted for additional houses on the garden. Making plans are very responsive and we had no need to chase as they updated us exactly when they said they would . I could never of imagined how great my house could be. They did all the leg work for us. They will do as much or as little as you want. Communication is fantastic every step of the way.
