Recommended to me and came to assess job but quotes not forthcoming despite several messages and phone calls - they told person who recommended them that they hadn't heard from me! Very unsatisfactory and I'm glad I managed to avoid employing them having read other reviews

Good brickwork, but don’t touch them for anything else. I didn’t have them back to do any of the snagging but had a structural surveyor check the work, his snagging list was very long. Since the work was “completed” at the end of 2012, I have had to replace the majority of my windows and doors, replace a sunroof roof which wasn’t made with safety glass, attach an unattached wood balcony to the house, spend £10,000 on roof work last summer and this summer am having to replace the lead gully which runs the full length of the house because inferior lead was used and has cracked and leaked. I had to have a support steel put into my garage, loft insulation (which should have been done) I could add many more things to this. When I contacted the council for my building control certificate, they had only visited once, very early on although I was told they came frequently. The electrician, plumber and decorator all had to take them to court over final bills, which I could prove I had already paid. I can’t believe that he is still in business

Wish I could give zero stars. Also wish I had checked these reviews. Our work is half completed after 6 MONTHS. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. So many people have now warned me about them. Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. We are THOUSANDS of pounds down and are now having to hire other builders to compete the job. I repeat, DO NOT use this company.

A friend of mine is having extensive works done, it's now over a year since they started and there now on another job but with lots still to do on this one. Very interesting how they leave jobs half done and never turn up😔
