We had a very good experience working with Mansell McTaggart and the entire team! They started with a very complehensive local maket overview and evaluation to help us to price the property correctly. After signing off a contract with them they were incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, communicated frequently and promptly, and what really stood out was how well-informed everyone at the agency was-no matter who we spoke to, they were always up to date on the status of our deal, as well as always helped to communicate with the buyer and negotiate many differents points for us.

Even after the offer was accepted, they remained the most proactive party involved. They did a ton of legwork behind the scenes and really kept the momentum going, especially when other parties (like solicitors) were noticeably less responsive. Their communication was consistent and effective, and they played a key role in keeping things on track.

On top of all that, they were polite, professional, and genuinely considerate of how stressful selling a home can be. We always felt supported and in good hands. We’re very grateful for their hard work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable real estate team.

It's a difficult market, but after securing a buyer, they remained very hands on in the process all through the sale, and were very helpful in keeping things moving, and liaising with everyone involved.
