We bought a property back in summer 2017 and were generally happy with the process and high specification - no real issues here and the price does reflect this. Snagging was relatively prompt and acceptable but sadly to a poor standard in places (e.g. decorating) in comparison with the promised finish and little flexibility/options for ensuring it is done well. I would strongly recommend ensuring any property you buy from Mantle is 100% finished and totally up to spec. before considering exchanging/completing - this was our failure, trusting goodwill rather than contract law and thus I cannot stress this point enough!

Issues with the only block lift have been on-going since we moved in and charges rendered without a prompt or reasonable solution. It took nearly 18 months for the issue to be seriously addressed with multiple entrapments and significant distress to residents (including young children, heavily pregnant women and elderly relatives) triggering some action on their part. Sadly no real apology was received and attempts to resolve this with Mantle were met with a surprising level of hostility, inaction, insincerity and evasion (e.g. directing you to their solicitors) which we found both unprofessional and unnecessary.

Sadly this remains an ongoing saga which we hope will be appropriately addressed with a more reasonable and fair approach from Mantle. It shouldn't be such a difficult process to ask a developer to meet their contractual obligations and promptly address an issue that appears to have existed from the outset. It brews a real feeling of 'Once they have your money You're no longer important' but I really hope this to be wrong in the longer term.

Upon a fair resolution and suitable redress this review will be updated accordingly but until then I would strongly recommend bearing the above in mind when entering into a transaction with Mantle. It could end up being a huge negative drain on you and your family, taking away many of the positive aspects of what should be an exciting/fun/happy time of your life!
