Really pleased with all aspects of work done , each piece of work from door installation , plastering , electrical installation and general labour was excellent and the various trades very professionally and tidy , meaning little disruption. The work was to install a new front door and extend the hallway , with new spots installed. Would definitely recommend and we are looking to use again on other small projects .

We only had a relatively small job to do and found that builders were either not interested, wanted to charge the earth or had enormous lead times. Mapperley Construction were a breath of fresh air. Scott gave us an initial idea of the price, followed up with a written quote after visiting and could do the job in a reasonable time frame. Health and safety was also paramount.
In a nutshell they are small enough to care and big enough to cope, with a positive attitude that's difficult to find nowadays. Richard who did the job was extremely experienced and made fitting a 3 metre steel lintel look like shelling peas.
Mapperley Construction are like a best kept secret in my book. Well done Scott and team!

We had the team completely renovate our back garden, and do some smaller jobs inside, they were amazing. They worked tirelessly to complete and helped us decide the final vision as were not 100% sure what we wanted.

Mapperley Construction are superb! - They took on the completion of a major build for us, including the rectification of numerous major problems, some of which had been masked from us. The previous builder had walked off site with no notice whilst we were away leaving a mess, a leaking roof, incorrectly fitted steels and almost no single piece of work complete.
Scott's team were a complete breath of fresh air, the complete opposite of what we had experienced. The Mapperly team is made up of highly competent, skilled and professional builders - who are also very personable - a pleasure to have on site. Scott and the team arrived on site very early each day and worked diligently all day long. Scott's role in managing the work showed a professional and customer commitment we had not experienced before. The team worked with us, discussing details of each piece of work - we felt very included in the project rather than people who needed to be kept out of the way. The rectification and completion work was significant, but the quality of the end product is superb.
Mapperley Construction also brought on other professional trades where needed, for example using Kingdom Glass to refit the bifold doors and other specialists for the flat roof as well as specialist joiners where some unusual joinery was required.
I would strongly recommend Mapperly Construction - and if you have to wait a while to get them on board, probably because they are busy, I can say that, without doubt, the wait will be worth it!

Really pleased with work carried out by the team from Mapperley Construction. From initial enquiry Scott responded very quickly and visited the property to understand what we wanted to achieve. Scott offered great advice to help us make the best decision with regards to the work without any pushy sales talk. The quote came through within a few days and Scott advised us of availability to begin the work.
The team turned up on time on the agreed date, and were really professional. Clean, tidy and polite, and very patient when our dog kept getting in the way!
The job itself was to a very high quality from start to finish, you just know that all the team took pride in their work to give the best result.
Communication from the off was fantastic, and even a follow up to ensure everything was satisfactory.

I couldn't be more happier with the work carried out by Mapperley Construction Nottingham!
We had a collapsed waste pipe underground and was unable to use any facilities! The service received from Mapperley Construction was fantastic from start to finish. Scott managed to book us in really quick which we was so grateful for and I was given date/time of arrival. The lads were on time and they were very courteous and polite. They kept us informed throughout the whole job and did brilliantly.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for anyone who requires any work doing.
