Adam Laskey visited my tiny house in Wales and very soon I was a witness to his inspired and insightful views on how, for a modest financial outlay, my house could become my dream home, simply by utilising the space inside the home differently. With a few internal alterations, using the best of both the inside and outside environment, he created a very desirable, very magical home to live in. I am just sitting in the living area of the kitchen/dining room enjoying the view from the large glass double doors. It’s amazing to be able to look out at the trees and the river that runs through the fields beyond, and now, as the dark is beginning to envelop the valley, I am being entertained by the bats. My new rooms are admired by all my family and friends and, with the addition to the new kitchen of a lounge/dining area, my home has become an amazing space to socialise. Also, the addition of a bathroom upstairs, whilst still maintaining three bedrooms, has been a joyous addition! I have a lovely separate snug downstairs too that makes a very cosy reading/tv room and with the new sofa bed, creates a fourth bedroom. Thank you Adam so much for bringing your inspired vision to this tiny house of mine and for changing it beyond my wildest imagination. I know Marraum have a great team who work well together and I am in no doubt that they are the ultimate grand designers!!

Highly recommended. Marraum helped us convert our old fashioned tiny 2 bedroom terraced house by the sea, into a stunning, contemporary and spacious home. They have an incredible eye for space and could see that with minimal extension and a reconfiguration, we could maximise the space, and the views! We are thrilled with the result. We would never have thought it possible to achieve everything they managed to accommodate in a relatively small space, and they rose to every challenge we set them. In addition to this, they were absolutely lovely to work with. We would certainly use them for any future projects.

Exciting, innovative team who work with you to create your dream home. I had the pleasure of working here and saw first hand how much the clients enjoy working with Marraum & seeing their designs go from initial sketches to beautifully rendered 3D designs then on to finished builds, it’s such an exciting process! The use of Virtual Reality is something I found really useful as well as an absolutely fantastic way to see round a project. I would definitely recommend Marraum to my friends and family.

Marraum are a great company who helped us with a difficult planning application on some neighbouring land, which thankfully, has now been fully resolved to our satisfaction. The team used their 3d visualisation and VR technology to create a realistic and easily understood picture of our concerns. This convinced the planning officer to review the proposal and request that the relevant changes be made. Great team who helped us design our house and were just brilliant at guiding us to think about what we needed to incorporate. The ability to see designs in 3D and even add furniture and wall coverings really helped the process, especially as you could then do a virtual tour! I would highly recommend them!
