Horrible developers ignores Residents issues. Cannot perform due diligence or Oversight.

Bought in a development of theirs under Marron Agriculture. In ireland.
The homes were poorly built and the developer is not working to remediate the foundations, plumbing or electric issues in a timely manner. It's Been year since our first issues were raised. Snag lists incomplete.
Out of nearly 100 homes maybe 1 has not had any issues.

They hired a bunch of cowboys (town and county builders) to build their homes

Hiding behind emails from residents. Not once have they met with residents to address concerns, or suport Fingal County Council in aid to get more planning due to arrogance by Colin and his father.

I uploaded photos from a repair required. The house was built with poor quality. The builder used the correct fitting for one pipe and then used a cheap fitting. It had leaked for years. It was only after 2years and a bad cold snap which caused the water pressure to drop so bad we had the wall examined. Only to find this damaged pipes.
We continued to complain from moving into the house about water pressure dripping all the time in the heating. And neither Marron or town and country could identify the problem. Even knowing there was a leak when we were snagging. It was painted. And told they repaired the problem.
Marron ignored the emails sent. Totally cost had to absorbed by us. That's what you get for cheap and unregulated developers.
