An outstanding construction company. From our very first meeting with Dale, we knew this was the company we wanted to build our dream home. Marshall’s delivered on every aspect, integrity, professionalism, quality. Indeed every trade on site delivered the same values. Communication is essential and Dale or his PM were available 24/7. Entrusting a building company to deliver on time and price is a scary prospect, it’s essential to forge a relationship and to be clear of what is to be expected. Marshall’s delivered on every aspect of the build from start to finish and we would have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend this company.

Met with Dale in late 2022 and appointed them in 2023 to construct two flats for me as well as re-furb 2 existing flats. Both jobs were done to time and budget and to a great standard.

Couldn't have asked for anything more or better from Dale, Mark, Kai and the entire team.

Will be considering Marshall Construction for all future projects.
